Richmond BizSense reports that the New York banking giant JPMorgan Chase announced on Sunday, March 6, 2011 that it is moving its local team from Innsbrook to Three James Center. The video highlights Papa's Pizza, a restaurant that opened in Manchester in March, 2010 with assistance through the City of Richmond's Economic & Community Development Commercial Area Revitalization Effort (CARE) program and the Enterprise Zone Program. Results from the 2010 Census for the Richmond region were released Thursday, February 3, 2011 showing that the city of Richmond's population has increased for the first time in 40 years from 197,790 residents in 2000 to 204,214 in 2010.
